Current Projects

BEAM study
Join us for a study on emotions, mother and child interactions, and mental health! We are currently inviting mothers and their young children (child age 12-19 months) to join us on Notre Dame's campus and complete a series of fun activities together. DOPA study

We are currently investigating emotion and reward processing in young adults. Participants can join through SONA or by emailing us at pal-lab@nd.edu.
Come to the lab and complete activities while your EEG is recorded!

Prenatal Care Experiences Study
We are currently conducting a study on patient–provider communication during prenatal care. We are interested in hearing YOUR perspective! If you are pregnant or have given birth within the past 2 years, or if you are a perinatal medical provider (e.g., OBGYN, ultrasound technician, nurse, doula, midwife), please consider participation. Newborn Education and Support Training (NEST)

Our NEST project offers a free prenatal course on newborn- and self-care in preparation for the transition to parenthood. We are currently recruiting pregnant people and their partners, and would love to have you join us!
